Founded in 2022 by Drago and Jelena in Vrgorac, Dalmatia, Poetica is a Croatian distillery built around a shared vision of spirits, creativity and hospitality.

The surrounding landscape plays an important role in the distillery's identity. From the Biokovo Mountains to the Adriatic hinterland, the region provides inspiration for spirits that express a strong connection to their origins.

Ingredients

• 50 ml Poetica Rubinino Liqueur
• 100 ml dry prosecco
• 50 ml soda water
• Plenty of ice
• Fresh strawberry or citrus to garnish

Method

Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice. Add Rubinino, pour in the dry prosecco and top with soda water. Stir gently to combine, then garnish with a fresh strawberry or a slice of citrus.
