You can easily track your order by logging into your customer account on our website. Simply enter your email address, and we will send you a secure, one-time code to log in—no passwords to remember!

For a seamless mobile experience, track your deliveries in real-time using the Shop application. If you use Shop Pay at checkout, your order will automatically sync to the app for live map tracking.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can click the link provided in that email or enter the number directly on the courier's website for live updates.
