Tracking Your Order

At United Drinks Limited, we want you to know exactly when your order will arrive. We have made it simple and secure to track your package from our warehouse directly to your doorstep using any of the methods below.

1. Log In to Your Account

You can easily track your order by logging into your customer account on our website. Simply enter your email address, and we will send you a secure, one-time code to log in—no passwords to remember! Once logged in, you can view your full order history and track the live status of your shipments.

2. Use the Shop App

For a seamless mobile experience, you can track your United Drinks deliveries in real-time using the Shop application. If you use Shop Pay at checkout, your order will automatically sync to the app, providing you with live map tracking and immediate delivery notifications. 3. Direct Courier Tracking

As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can click the link provided in this email, or enter the tracking number directly on the courier's website, to see the latest updates on your delivery's progress.
