At United Drinks, we take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you have received the incorrect items, please follow the steps outlined below so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Reporting an Issue

All discrepancies or damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your claim efficiently, please email enquiry@uniteddrinks.co.uk with the following:

  • Order Details: Your full name and Order Reference Number.
  • Description: A clear summary of the damage or the items incorrectly received.
  • Evidence: Photographic evidence of the damaged goods, external packaging, and shipping label.

Resolutions & Replacements

Once your claim is verified, we will offer one of the following solutions at no additional cost to you:

  • A priority replacement of the damaged or incorrect items.
  • A full refund for the affected products to your original payment method.
  • A store credit for future use, should you prefer.

Important: Handling Damaged Goods

If a bottle is broken or leaking, handle the package with extreme caution. Do not dispose of the items or packaging until our team has confirmed your claim is processed, as couriers may require an inspection.


Exclusions

United Drinks cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 48 hours or cases where goods have been opened. This covers transit damage and picking errors only.
