Fr’um Pineapple & Smokey Scotch Bonnet Rum is a bold, small-batch spiced rum that brings together real ingredients for a truly unforgettable flavour journey. Inspired by Jamaican heritage and smoky BBQ memories, this rum is crafted without artificial essences — made from real fruit, fire, and passion. We blend rich dark muscovado sugar with chopped pineapple (to capture its full, juicy character), then steep it with fire-roasted Scotch bonnet peppers, giving the rum its signature smoky heat. The result is a spirit that feels both warm and fr’iendly — sweet but not cloying, spicy but not overwhelming, smoky yet bright. After more than two decades mastering the craft of cocktail-making, Anthony Peart—Bar Manager at The Hand and Flowers, Tom Kerridge’s celebrated two-Michelin-star pub in Marlow—has shifted his talents toward a new passion: rum. On August 30th, 2023, he unveiled Fr’um.
Though produced in the quiet surroundings of Henley, Fr’um carries the energy and character of Jamaica’s lively nights and warm, breeze-filled shores. The spirit is dark, smooth, and layered with notes of muscovado sugar, juicy pineapple, and a subtle whisper of smoked scotch bonnet.
Anthony’s idea was born from frustration: he felt the market lacked a truly premium spiced rum that wasn’t overloaded with sweetness. Determined to create something better, he collaborated with The Henley Distillery to bring his concept to life.
Drawing inspiration from the flavours of open-flame cooking—back-garden barbecues and seaside grills—Fr’um begins with fresh pineapple pressed together with muscovado sugar. This mixture is then infused with smoked scotch bonnet peppers, giving the rum a gentle warmth that never overwhelms.

At United Drinks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that plans change or a product may not be exactly what you expected. To ensure a fair and efficient process for all our customers, we operate the following 30-day return and amendment policy.
Amending or Cancelling an Order
Our warehouse team works quickly to dispatch orders. If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an item, please contact us at enquiry@uniteddrinks.co.uk immediately. While we will make every effort to catch your order before it leaves, we cannot guarantee amendments once the dispatch process has been initiated.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be accepted, returned goods must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- All security seals, capsules, and labels must remain intact and untampered with.
- The item must be in its original branded packaging (where applicable).
Please note: We cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened or partially consumed under any circumstances.
How to Initiate a Return
- 1. Notification: Email enquiry@uniteddrinks.co.uk with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- 2. Authorisation: Our team will issue a Return Reference Number and provide the correct warehouse return address.
- 3. Packaging: Securely pack the items to prevent breakage during transit. We recommend using the original transit packaging.
- 4. Shipping: Send the package via a tracked and insured service. United Drinks Limited is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods (mixers/syrups), customised gift sets, digital gift cards, or items marked as "Clearance."
Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
