Place Christmas orders by 19th December 2026 with EXPRESS DELIVERY to allow for holiday delays. Limited shipping will run from 20th December 2026 to 4th January 2027.

If you are located outside of the United Kingdom, please do not complete your checkout through the website. Instead, please contact our logistics department at enquiry@uniteddrinks.co.uk with the following:

• Order Details: The specific items and quantities you wish to purchase.
• Destination: Your full delivery address, including the postal code and country.
• Requirements: Any specific delivery deadlines or special requirements for your region.

International shipping fees are determined by current market rates for secure global transit. We provide a bespoke shipping quote and confirm legal export status for your specific region. Please note that transit times vary significantly based on local postal services and customs clearance speeds.

All orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom are subject to local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and customs fees. These charges are:

• Calculated and billed by your local government or customs authority.
• Entirely beyond the control or influence of United Drinks.
• The sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

Our warehouse team works quickly to dispatch orders. If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an item, please contact us at enquiry@uniteddrinks.co.uk immediately. While we will make every effort to catch your order before it leaves, we cannot guarantee amendments once the dispatch process has been initiated.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be accepted, returned goods must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
• All security seals, capsules, and labels must remain intact and untampered with.
• The item must be in its original branded packaging (where applicable).

Please note: We cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened or partially consumed under any circumstances.

• 1. Notification: Email enquiry@uniteddrinks.co.uk with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
• 2. Authorisation: Our team will issue a Return Reference Number and provide the correct warehouse return address.
• 3. Packaging: Securely pack the items to prevent breakage during transit. We recommend using the original transit packaging.
• 4. Shipping: Send the package via a tracked and insured service. United Drinks Limited is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods (mixers/syrups), customised gift sets, digital gift cards, or items marked as "Clearance."
