PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

Every day we scour the market to make sure our prices are the best around, so it’s pretty unlikely you’ll find something for less elsewhere. However, if you ever do, we’ll always beat it.

Just send us an email letting us know the products you’re looking to buy, along with links to those products at the competitor you’d like us to price match.

Don’t worry, even if you notice 7 days after you’ve already ordered with us - we’ll still beat the competitor price by refunding more than the difference.

If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, email us as soon as possible with a picture of the price on the retailer’s site and ours at the same time, and we can approve it straight away.

Handy information you should know:

We’ll price match against any legitimate business retailer on their UK price for the same item at the same time. 

The product being claimed for should be the exact same one on our site and in-stock on both sites. 

We don’t price match on products that are on special offer already or on membership discounts.
