1. How do I qualify for free delivery?

Delivery is free for all UK orders over £75.

STANDARD DELIVERY is £4.95. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days if ordered before 5pm.

EXPRESS DELIVERY is £6.95. Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days if ordered before 5pm.

Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday.

We use courier services that require age verification on delivery. Valid ID as proof of age of the recipient will be required upon delivery.

If you choose to make any additional payments directly to a courier for any form of upgrade or custom service, United Drinks is not liable for any refunds for this cost. Any issues with an upgraded service must be handled between the customer and the courier.

We are UK-based and all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brentford, London.

Yes, you can. In the checkout screen un-tick the "billing address is the same as delivery address" box, and enter an alternative delivery address. Please note, the recipient must be over the age of 18 and will need ID to receive the order.

Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver/ship to countries outside of the UK.

If you are contacting us from EU/USA/Canada/Australia, or any other country outside of the UK, we will be unable to ship/dispatch products to you.

If your delivery was damaged before it got to you, email us with photos of the damage and we can arrange a refund or replacement options as appropriate.

Please place any orders for Christmas by 20th December 2024 with EXPRESS DELIVERY to allow for any possible delays in shipping. We also wanted to let you know we will be shipping with a limited service between 21st December 2024 - 5th January 2025. You will still be able to place orders, but any made between these dates may take slightly longer than our usual targets.

As long as it is a non-alcoholic product, yes. However, alcohol is an age restricted product, falling under age restricted laws. This makes it an offence to purchase if you are under the age of 18. By adding any alcoholic product to your basket you are confirming you are 18 or over.

Yes. you can and it is free of charge. Please leave a note with your order on checkout page or email us just after you place your order and we can add a message in for you, as long as you get in touch before the order is dispatched.

Majority of our orders are gifts, so we never include invoices unless specifically requested. However, if an order is being sent outside the UK then an invoice must be provided for customs purposes, and this may be included on the outside of the box.

For gifts shipped internationally, the recipient may be liable for local Customs charges, so it’s worth checking in with them first.

We can assist you in sending large orders to multiple addresses, just drop us an email and we'll be happy to discuss the details with you.
If it's just the taste you don’t like, then unfortunately we're unable to offer a refund, but if there is something wrong with the product, such as damage or an incorrect order, then get in touch us via email. Any issues with the product itself, please contact the manufacturer, whose details will appear on the packaging or label.

Unfortunately we don’t offer gift wrapping.

However we do offer cotton gifting bags that you can purchase with our bottles and they make for a great looking gift.

Basically, as long as our manufacturers and suppliers have a bottle, we'll keep it in stock. If something you’re after is listed as 'sold out' and you'd like to know when it is back in stock make sure to click the "notify when back in stock" button and leave us your email address.

If something is listed as 'discontinued', this very sadly means we don't expect it back in stock. We keep these pages listed so that you can see our bottling notes and all the customer reviews.
