UK Delivery

Free UK delivery on orders over £75. Deliveries run Monday to Friday. Couriers may ask for age verification on delivery.

Standard Delivery

  • General items: £3.95, 2-4 working days (orders before 2pm)
  • Candles & small gift sets: £2.95, 2-4 working days (orders before 2pm)
  • Mini samples & gift bags: £1.95, 2-4 working days (orders before 2pm)

Express Delivery

  • General items: £4.95, 1-2 working days (orders before 2pm)
  • Candles & small gift sets: £3.95, 1-2 working days
  • Mini samples & gift bags: £2.95, 1-2 working days

We ship across the UK, including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, and BFPO addresses. Remote locations may take longer.

Any extra charges paid directly to the courier (upgrades/custom services) are not refundable by United Drinks. Issues must be resolved with the courier.

While we aim for prompt delivery, delays can happen. Free express upgrades do not guarantee compensation. We may cancel delivery if age or identity cannot be verified.

Tracking is emailed to the address used for your order. Missed deliveries returned to us can be resent, with postage costs covered by the customer.

Lost packages sometimes appear a few days late. If your order hasn’t arrived 5 days past the expected date, check your email for courier updates.

Bank Holidays

No dispatch or delivery on Bank Holidays.

Christmas Deliveries

Place Christmas orders by 19th December 2026 with EXPRESS DELIVERY to allow for delays. Limited shipping will run from 20th December 2026 to 4th January 2027. Orders can still be placed, but delivery may take longer.

Overseas Deliveries outside the UK

Currently, we only deliver within the UK and cannot ship to other countries.

If you are ordering from the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, or anywhere outside the UK, we are unable to dispatch products to your location.

Customers are responsible for reporting any items damaged during transit. We cannot compensate for lost earnings due to late or failed deliveries. Upon receipt, it is the customer’s responsibility to store and use the products safely. United Drinks is not liable for any damage resulting from improper handling.
